This letter is to bring to your kind notice that lately, I have not been doing well in my business and hence I am not in a position to pay a premium of 650 on my above policy.

I therefore request you to convert the above policy into a paid up one and let me know the amount that will become due to me at the time of maturity.

I would like to further inform you that all the premiums aganist the above policy have been paid up-to-date and the next premium is due on 6th Feb 20_ _.
