This is to state that with reference to our Order No.------- for certain plastic items manufactured by you, we fully honored the terms and conditions laid down by you, and we were given an assurance by you that the consignment would reach us latest by (Date).

We are sorry to write that despite our repeated reminders, the goods have not been delivered to us till today. The reason for the same may be best known to you. Therefore, as the delivery date has expired, and as per terms of trade, our orders stands cancelled.
