This is to bring to your kind notice that for since last few months due to heavy rush, we find ourselves unable to meet and attend to all our patrons. As a result, we incur considerable delay in the execution of orders and sometimes we were not able to execute orders of the firms outside our city. We are, thus, sorry for the inconvenience caused to our patrons. 

Keeping this inconvenience in view, we take immense pleasure in announcing that we are opening a branch at (place name), which will start functioning with effect from (date). This branch will exclusively attend to the wholesale dealers.  

We, therefore, request all our patrons to place their orders with our new branch.
