This is to bring to your kind notice that I have decided to retire from active business with effect from (date) , since I am getting on in years.

I would like to inform you that I have disposed of all my manufactured stock to M/s.__________ and I am left with only two machines which I imported from Germany, four years ago. Both the machines are in excellent condition and have 20% more manufacturing capacity than any locally-manufactured machine.

I had originally purchased these machines for US $25, 000 and the present price is around US $ 3, 20,000. 

As I want to sell these machines for anything ranging US $ 25,000 and 50,000.I would suggest that you personally visit my factory to see their functioning.
