Dear
Sir/Madam,
This
is to inform you that on (Date), I bought a three piece suite from you for (amount) which
I have found to be faulty. The problems are following, namely, one arm of the sofa chair is loose.
Secondly, there are nails sticking out of the chairs and, lastly, one of the cushions on
the settee has flattened.
On
an earlier occssion too I lodged a complaint to you about this after delivery and was
informed that you will send someone, but I am yet to hear from your end.
I
wish to reject the goods and claim a replacement/refund. Kindly respond to my complaint
within a week's time.
