Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that on
(date), I bought a Television set (model name) from you at the cost of (amount). However,
I am sorry to inform you that the set is faulty. The problems are as follows:
Firstly, its sound quality is very poor.
Secondly, the picture quality is bad, and lastly, the remote control is also not functioning
properly. Earlier too I had complained
about this to you and was assured that your engineer would call up on me, but I have heard
nothing since.
As a result, now I wish to reject the goods
and claim a replacement/refund. Kindly respond to my complaint within a week's time.
