However, on (date) the faucet began leaking while I was out of town traveling, which caused lot of damage. I would like to inform you that my total out-of-pocket expenses come to (amount), as you can see by the attached receipts. Kindly reimburse me the same and I shall look forward to hearing from you within two weeks with an answer towards resolving my problem.
