I am writing this letter to inform you that my child is a
student of (name of school) in (location). As my child is suffering from (health problem
that your child has, ex. asthma, sore throats, nausea, etc.), therefore, I am concerned
that there is a condition in the school that brought on the problem or is causing the
problem to get worse.
My child has informed that she/he has noticed (explain what the child saw, ex. toxic
fumes, dust, mold, etc) in the school, which could aggravate his/her problem. I believe
the school is not following the enviornmental norms of the (law).
