Write a letter to an Editor about compassion for the poor.

Dear Editor

After four years of policies and tax cuts that benefited the few at the expense of the many have run up the largest deficit in our history. In fact, things are becoming critical since the people who are being told, by this arrogant administration to sacrifice, are farmers, firemen, police, veterans and, of course, the poor.

So much for compassionate conservatism. Of course, I don't remember the administration saying its compassion was for the poor.
