Dear Editor,
I would like to draw the attention of the Municipality through the columns of your
esteemed newspaper. For the past (---) of months, the (name of road) has been almost
impassable after the heavy rains have badly broken up the surface. On a dark night, it is
dangerous for motor cars and other vehicles to pass that way. Besides, there is heaps of
road material on both sides of the road, which leaves very little room in the
middle.
Despite the appeals of public, the Municipal Corporation has not woken up to the need of
clearing and repairing the road. I hope that the road is put in thorough repair without
any further delay.
