Through
the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to draw the attention of the authorities
to the deplorable condition of the (name of ark) in (name of locality and city).
This
park extends to an area of more than four acres of land but has been lying neglected for
quite some time. The green area is littered with garbage and dirt, the lighting system is
out of order, the walking track is broken and full of pits and the gate and railings of
the park are missing.
Due
to the negligence of the authorities, this park has become more of a nuisance than a
facility as stray dogs and cattle roam free in the park and it has become a haven for
antisocial elements. I would appreciate if authorities do the needful and restore the
beauty of the park.
