Thank you for agreeing to meet with me to discuss Health Tech’s newest laser technology. Although I am anxious to learn more about Nanavati’s Hospital and your laser surgery capabilities, I am afraid I must ask that we reschedule our July 26 meeting. After I spoke to you on the phone, I realized a conflict in my schedule.

I am available to meet with you anytime during the first week of August. Please let me know what will work best for you.
