This is to inform you that it is time to take substantial action to stop the genocide in Darfur where more than (Number) people have been killed and the security situation is deteriorating for civilians and humanitarian organizations. In fact, an international protection force is needed to stop the violence and protect humanitarian efforts. As the only government to have publicly acknowledged the genocide, the (name of country) has a unique obligation to obtain international action.

The (name of country) should make efforts to achieve a resolution in the U.N.O. authorizing a UN intervention force in Darfur under (country) leadership. This will help protect the people of Darfur and demonstrate the (country name) commitment to stop this ghastly genocide.
