SICK DAYS POLICY

Dear Felix

Full time employees will be paid for a maximum of [MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ANNUAL SICK DAYS, ex. 10] sick days per calendar year. Employees must contact the Office Manager when they phone in sick.

The Company reserves the right to request a doctors note to evidence the illness.
