We’re sorry to hear that one of your new Kentucky Oars is cracked. The Kentucky is one of our sturdiest paddles — guaranteed for 15 years — but as you explained, your teenage son and his friends can break just about anything.

You are one of our best customers, Mr. Wajid, so I am glad to give you a replacement Kentucky oar at half the cost of the original.
