Unfortunately, when you placed an order for the K-25 mixer, we had experienced an unprecedented rush—all of our machines were out of the warehouse on rental.

Please accept my apologies for this inconvenience. Since you said you were not in a rush, I have made plans to have the K-25 delivered to your site one week from today, Monday, October 28 at 7:00 a.m.
