Customer Relations-Apologies for Employee Behaviour-2

Dear Felix

Thank you for your concerned message regarding your business lunch with Sheela Mathur. I am sorry that you feel you wasted valuable time.

Unfortunately, Sheela was called away from your meeting because she had to pick up her injured child from day school. Sheela is sorry she did not have time to explain where she was headed, and that she left you rather perplexed.

Please forgive Sheela for cutting short your lunch. I think you’ll agree that she is one of our most valuable consultants. I am glad you and Sheela have rescheduled for next week.

Please call me after your meeting with Sheela and thank you for taking the time to express your concerns.

Regards
Lydia
