Following our conversation about your ORB-500 unit, I checked with our warehouse and verified that we do not have any replacement units in stock. The product you purchased was of a limited run. As a result, we have no more in stock nor do any of our distributors.

However, I can offer you a substitute unit, the KLF-1991. It does not offer all of the features of the ORB-500, but will meet your needs in the interim. Please let me know if you would like to proceed in this manner.
