This is to state that as a daily user of the (name of station) in Name of area) on (name of line), I would like to request you for more frequent service on my line and to install more benches at the station. This is because I often have to wait for two or three trains to go through the station during the morning rush hour because the trains are too crowded. Moreover, there is only one bench at the station, therefore, I have to stand while waiting for a train, even during off hours.
