Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that on (date), I bought (item) from (retailer). Since the purchase was financed by your company on agreement number. However, I have discovered that this (item) is faulty and can not be accepted. Therefore, I have written to the retailer to reject the item and claim a refund of the money paid.
In my best of knowledge, under the Consumer Credit Act you are equally liable with the trader for any such unsatisfactory goods. I would, therefore advice you also to reject aof this rejection and would ask you to liaise with the (retailer) to bring this matter to a speedy conclusion.
