Prepare manifest, port papers for all ports of call, clearance, crew visas and act as liaison between ship and country for all customers and immigration procedures for both passengers and crew.

Resolve passenger problems and collect accounts. Responsible for $250,00 safe for foreign exchange. Prepare payroll.

Make all travel arrangements for on-board entertainers, changing twice on each cruise, i.e., booking flights, hotel reservations, etc.

Plan, schedule, organize and supervise operations for crew benefit events for various organizations at ports of call.

Oversee all printing/typesetting, i.e., daily programs, literature, menus, maps for shore travel, health programs, invitations, newsletters.

Order equipment and supplies for hotel department.
