Manage a group of three associates responsible for producing financial reports, all aspects of budgeting a S52M office, A/R, A/P, petty cash, expense reports, revenue collection and monthly closing for office of 284 associates. Responsibility to produce systems that generate the necessary financial information to determine our profitability. Upon hiring into this position in July of 1992, had written off $3M of unbillable or uncollectable business. The office posted a 0% profit. Currently, looking to make a 5% accrual profit for this fiscal year.

Designed a billing tracking system to allow team managers to determine where they stood on a monthly basis for revenue collection. The system projects where the team is in accordance with where they need to be in order to meet the goal of 5%.

Assisted in implementing new health care system. Installed remote connection for off-site claims processing.
