Write a Letter Complaining about a Defect in the Repair of a Car.

 
Dear Sirs,
 
I regret to bring to your kind notice that the head lights of my car______ are still not functioning properly and their beam does not fall straight but falls a few degrees higher. This defect was there when I handed over the car for repair.
 
Though the other defects have been rectified, this defect is still persisting.
 
I am, therefore, sending my car for repair through my driver and
you are requested to get the defect rectified.
